The following MDMS changes have been done as part of the Urban-Rural Convergence (URC) release:

Added new component for URC
MDMS
Added a new component for URC, that is, locality-gram panchayat.
At the time of creating the application, a ULB or a citizen can create the application from gram panchayat.
Added URC flag for specific tenants
MDMS
If we want to add a gram panchayat in any tenant, we need to add this flag on a specific tenant level.
Flag should be true. If we do not want the URC feature for any specific tenant, then the flag should be false.
